Rachel wanted to give a unique Christmas gift to her husband and found Bigbury Mint through the web. Having discussed the project at length with one of our expert advisors, a cost was agreed and Rachel sent her medals to us, along with a rough sketch of her requirements.
Having contacted Rachel on receipt of her medals, we again ran through the medal frame proposal offering suggestions and then sent Rachel a mock-up image of the medal display as well as a firm cost.
